Issue:
When first setting up Multi-Factor Authentication, you may receive an "Authorization Failure" error message after attempting log in with the provided code.
Solution:
1. As MFA is based on current time, please ensure that the time on your device is synced properly.
2. Once that is done, please delete the current token that is present and re-scan your QR code or type in the key.
