Getting ACS line for SAML troubleshooting

1. open a browser and then open dev tools

2. go to the network tab and then try to sign in with okta

3. look for the 'acs' line in the network tab and click on it. 

4. on the right side of the screen, scroll to the bottom and copy the saml response line.
